Delete your Breedscape account

You can delete your Breedscape account and all the kennel records in it at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

• Open Breedscape and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email support@puppies.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Breedscape account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address and app preferences.
• Every record you added: dogs, litters, pups, weights, health, breeding and care records, contacts and notes.
• Photos and documents you uploaded.
• Your sign-in sessions, devices and push notification settings.

What is kept

Nothing is kept in our live systems. Copies in our encrypted database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.

If you signed in with Puppies.com, deleting Breedscape does not delete your Puppies.com account. To delete that too, contact Puppies.com.
