Health records and care due

Breedscape keeps a dated history of each dog's health and feeding, and tells you when vaccinations, wormings and treatments are due again.

What you can record

Open a dog and pick a record type from its Health or Feeding group.

Record	What you log
Vaccinations	Date, type, brand, batch number and next due date
Wormings	Date, time, type, brand, dosage and next due date
Flea treatments	Date, time, type, brand and dosage
Treatments	Date, time, type, brand, dosage and next due date
Temperatures	Date, time and temperature, in °C or °F
Weights	Date, time and weight
Feeds	Date, time, brand, type, quantity and notes
Diets	Start date, details and notes

Care due

If you give a vaccination, worming or treatment a next due date, it appears in the Care due section on the dog's page, showing:

• Due in 5 days, while it's coming up.
• Due today, on the day.
• Overdue by 2 days, once the date has passed.

Only the newest record of each type counts. When you log the next dose, the old due date no longer shows.

Marking care as done

When you give the next dose, tap Done on the care due item. Breedscape logs a new record dated today, copying the details from the last one, apart from the batch number. It also keeps the same gap between doses, so the next due date moves forward on its own.

When you edit a record and change its date, the next due date moves by the same amount.
